Checkin is a SaaS for shops, cafés, bakeries and service points in Ukraine. Staff check in and out with one button in Telegram, managers see every location live, plan shifts and approve swaps, and the timesheet for payroll fills itself.
The product, its Telegram bot and its documents are in Ukrainian.
The problem
A manager responsible for five or six locations finds out who came to work by opening five group chats and calling around every morning. Shift swaps are agreed in private messages, and the timesheet is filled in from memory at the end of the month.
Time clocks have to be bought, installed and serviced at every location; paper logs are filled in after the fact. Checkin runs on the phones the team already has, in the messenger they already use.

Late alerts in Telegram
If someone on the schedule has not checked in, the location manager gets a Telegram message with the name and a “Find a replacement” button.
Shift schedule and swaps
Plan the week from templates, publish it, and approve the swaps and absence requests staff send from Telegram, and offer open shifts to the team.
Timesheet that fills itself
Hours come from check-ins and check-outs. Managers correct a time with a reason and export the timesheet to CSV for the accountant.
Team announcements
Send formatted announcements with a photo and a button to chosen roles and locations, in the same Telegram bot.
Four roles cover a chain: the owner, regional managers, location managers and workers. One person can work at several locations and appears in each schedule.
Pricing
A 30-day trial with no payment, then a monthly price per organization, excluding VAT. The number of locations does not change the price. There are no automatic charges: each month is paid separately by card in the dashboard.
